Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of CartonField. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Using CartonField

CartonField extracts information from packing lists and lets you review and export the results. You must control your account and have the right to upload its content. You allow us to store and process uploads to provide the service. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with it, bypass its controls, or access another person’s account.

2. Payments and credits

Prices appear in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payments. A credit pack adds the number of document credits shown at checkout. Purchased credit packs do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

3. Refunds

You may receive a full refund for any purchase within 30 days of purchase. No conditions apply. A refund removes the credits associated with that purchase.

4. Extraction results

Automated extraction can make mistakes. Review every result against the source packing list before relying on it. You remain responsible for verifying quantities, units, references, and the requirements of any destination system.

5. Availability and access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change the service or suspend access to protect CartonField, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CartonField is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
