How do I choose a plan?

Choose the credit pack for up to 20 packing lists without a subscription. Choose monthly if you need up to 100 every billing month.

What happens when I reach my allowance?

Buy another credit pack or change plans. CartonField does not charge automatically for extra documents.

Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?

Yes. Cancel from Billing on your home page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing month.

What currency and taxes apply?

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Can I get a refund?

Full refunds are available within 30 days, with no conditions. Read the refund policy.
