We use your email address, authentication records, and essential cookies to create and secure your account. We store uploaded PDFs, file names, and extracted shipment details to provide the service.

We use contact form details to reply to enquiries. We keep purchase and refund records and send your account email address and order details to Stripe, which processes your payment information.

We process your IP address and browser request information to deliver and protect the service.

Service providers

We use Amazon Web Services in Australia to host CartonField, store account and packing list data, and send messages. We send uploaded PDFs to Amazon Bedrock in the United States for extraction. We use Stripe to process payments; Stripe may process information globally, including in the United States.
