Your columns. Your workflow.
The workflow

Less copying.
More getting things done.

A focused workspace for the documents between your supplier and your warehouse.

01 / BRING YOUR DOCUMENT

Start with the packing list.

The planned workflow starts with your supplier’s PDF. Keep the original alongside the extracted shipment details.

02 / CHECK THE DETAILS

Keep a human in the loop.

Review line items, quantities, and carton totals. Resolve missing fields before they reach your receiving team.

03 / MAKE IT USABLE

Export in your format.

Map supplier fields to the columns your team uses. The goal: a consistent CSV, even when the PDFs look different.

Try it yourself

A little less paperwork.

What does CartonField do?

CartonField is a product in development for extracting packing-list details into structured tables. The planned workflow combines AI extraction, human review, and CSV field mapping.

Can I process a document today?

Not yet. This site demonstrates the intended workflow with fictional sample data. Uploads, accounts, exports, and payments are not active.

Will it replace our warehouse system?

The focus is the document-to-data step. The planned CSV export would support your existing import process; direct warehouse integrations are not available.

Can I use the output without reviewing it?

Always check source documents, quantities, units, and references before using extracted data in operational or customs processes. AI can misread a document or miss context.

How will pricing work?

The proposed plans combine monthly document allowances with one-time credit packs. Visit the pricing page for indicative USD pricing. No purchases are currently available.
